The Grand Opening is over. Now what? 

Thanks so much for supporting the Grand Opening of Momentum Christian Church yesterday. We appreciate your support more than you could ever imagine.

Our Grand Opening was nothing short of a reminder of what God can do. Six months ago, my wife and I sat in a hotel room in Baltimore, Maryland, wondering what God could ever do with this idea of planting a church in Lexington, Kentucky.

Six months later, we worshipped alongside nearly 130 other like-minded individuals. 

God went from 0-130 in just six months. On Sunday we said that the Grand Opening was never meant to be the finish line, but it was always supposed to be the starting line. So, where is God taking us from here?

We feel very strongly that Momentum is called to be….

- A Church with a purpose of connecting all ages to God and each other

- A Church of second chances and new beginnings as we live in the grace of our God

- A Church that loves, strengthens, and empowers the family to grow in God’s love together

- A Church that loves hurting people, instead of viewing them as ”duties” or “obligations.”

We would love nothing more than for you to be a part of the Momentum community.

We hope you’ll join us again this Sunday, March 27, at 9:30AM at the Cinemark 16 Fayette Mall, and begin to bring your friends and family along with you as we begin our “now what” together!
